[edit]Paigemo, I've moved this page per your professor's request, however I do note that the page still needs work. There are some sections that appear to be blank and the page does sometimes read like a student WP:ESSAY in places. You also need to be careful that you aren't redundant to the main page on judicial review - in other words, you need to specify how Canada's version of judicial review is different from other places.
