Etymology / semantics
[edit]I was hoping to learn what the name is all about. I wasn't aware Canada had a person or office called this, until I saw it on one of the news scrolls.
One question I have is: As the role of Judge is mutually exclusive with the role of Advocate, how did these two concepts end up in this name?
What is the history of this position, and what is meant by the individual words in it? 24.57.218.21 (talk) 21:36, 25 March 2015 (UTC)
