Phonon?
[edit]In the article, aRts is still mentioned as the default backend. We now however that aRts has been replaced by Phonon. Also, in the Kubuntu package descriprion, JuK seems to depend on Phonon Typhoner (talk) 10:44, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
- I'm not going to edit it myself because of potential WP:COI issues, but I would recommend removing that line altogether. The KDE 3 version is still the most used version at this point... Scott.wheeler (talk) 15:25, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
- Just remove that line? Ok ;-). By the way, what about the version number? JuK is part of the kdemultimedia package, so it follows the KDE release schedule. Typhoner (talk) 19:39, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
Screenshot
[edit]I think that this [1] screenshot is better than this [2] because it shows the tag editor, and also this is a fullscreen screenshot, shows not the KDE desktop, only program Juk. Both screenshots are old, it would be better to have the KDE 4 version one, like this [3] but it doesn't shows the tag editor nor all the columns information.

- The tag editor isn't shown by default, so I think it shouldn't be shown in default screenshot. How about this? I'll take a screenshot of JuK in KDE 4 with the current configuration and add that. Scott.wheeler (talk) 00:06, 4 October 2008 (UTC)
- That's a good idea! --KDesk (talk) 16:59, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Now I have uploaded a screenshot [4] What do you think? --KDesk (talk) 17:04, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
- Looks good -- one with music loaded would be nicer though. Scott.wheeler (talk) 17:11, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
- I have made a new screenshot, is it ok? [5] --KDesk (talk) 15:42, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
- That's fine. Scott.wheeler (talk) 23:53, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
