Notability

[edit]

User:VickKiang has questioned the "notability" of jq in terms of the wikipedia guidelines at WP:GNG. In particular, he emphasized that "GNG requires multiple independent reliable secondary sources."

Accordingly I have compiled a small sample of such sources based on a search using the terms "jq json -jquery" on Google Scholar. (By the way, this query yields 2,160 results, not all of which are relevant, though most on the first few ages are.)

The first two sections below provide a sampling of independent, secondary sources referencing jq that so far as I have been able to determine are reliable as far as their statements regarding jq are concerned.

These sections are followed by a sampling of third-party videos and tutorials specifically on jq that also seem to be quite reliable.
