From a wider point of view this is awkward and I'm a bit unsure, because the settlement is mentioned at the bottom of the article and most links coming in like the Dartford template are refering to the settlement which is usually but not always spelt with no apostraphe.
However, this article is primarily about the woodland it is in woodland categories but not town/village categories; the majority of maps, especially modern ones use the apostraphe when refering to the woodland. The article itself uses this spelling throughout, and has done since 2006, when all in article mentions were changed to this spelling, just not the title. So I changed the title because of this.
