St. Tropez Collection Tote by Joy Mangano purchased from HSN
I purchased the subject tote last July from HSN. I have only been carring it for about a month and the side pockets have completely come apart. This labels states it has a ten year unlimited warranty.
I would be happy to send it back to you and you could send me a new one that is properly constructed.
I have purchased numerous items of Joy's. Please let me know what you can do for me.
