Reliable source needed and original research?

I agree with admin Randykitty, that the statement regarding organizational behavior is not reliably sourced. Simply stating all areas of occupational and organizational psychology covers its content appropriately. Is there a reliable source for this recent article addition (that admin Randykitty deleted) which actually states that: "The journal is also an outlet for articles in the management fields of organizational behavior and human resource management."
