Origins of this service pattern
[edit]JSQ-HOB via 33rd was already the late-night service pattern before any 9/11-related disruption to PATH service. The earliest documentation I could find offhand is from July 1997 (https://web.archive.org/web/19970717103851/http://www.panynj.gov:80/path/pattfram.HTM), but I'm fairly certain it had already been well established by that point. Regardless, it is not a cutback from the post-9/11 NWK-33 via HOB late night service; rather, the NWK-33 via HOB service was an extension of this prior service.
