"Ilustre graduated from George Washington High School." - Wikilink George Washington High School to George Washington High School (Guam)
Do the same with walk-on which should be linked to Walk-on (sports)
"achieving summa cum laude." - Have no knowledge of what "summa cum laude" means but link it to Latin honors to aid those unfamiliar with the phrase

Wikilink Guam Track & Field Association and universality slots to Wild card (sports)
"Ilustre ran the 800 m in Rio." - Better: Ilustre ran the 800 metres in Rio de Janeiro. and add which heat he ran in

Please remain consistent in how you present the work of your newspaper citations as Refs 3, 4, 7 should be ideally in the work field and not the publisher field
