Hi! I've done one in this series already, and would like to do another - Frzzltalk;contribs 12:33, 26 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Short and sweet, I've found one issue so far:

  • In 1860, he simultaneously became the president of Loyola College in Maryland - citation provided doesn't support that he retained pastorship of Ignatius, only that he gained Loyola. Also, can we rephrase to "... retaining pastorship of St. Ignatius Church." or smth. similar? Took me two readings to understand the meaning of the sentence.
    • I've clarified the phrasing. The inline citation at the end of the prior sentence lists the years he was pastor, which align with his presidency of Loyola. In any event, I've duplicated the citation at the end of the newly rephrased sentence. Ergo Sum 14:13, 27 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Sorry for the dely, am currently travelling. I spotchecked refs 1, 6, and 9, saw no problems; personally, I prefer to have maximum text-source integrity, and I saw a few places where sources that reffed different parts of once sentence were placed together at the end - looks like this is fine per MOS though. So, passing the article :D
    • Also, saw you have several other noms open for presidents of this college; I'm looking to do some reviews, so I'd be happy to look though another article if you wish Frzzltalk;contribs 11:35, 28 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
      • Thank you, Frzzl. I have two pending GANs, both under Education. One is from the same college and the other is from another Jesuit college. I would certainly appreciate if you wanted to review one or both. Ergo Sum 14:43, 28 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
