A few years ago, Hallman, then an unknown whippersnapper, created an article about himself. We deleted it, as he was a nobody back in those days. But since then, he has made a name for himself: his works are performed by major ensembles, he teaches in a respectable university, and he has been reviewed. He is also mentioned a few times in this encyclopedia in other articles. So the time has come to recreate his article, and restore his place in Wikipedian posterity.
