I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: There might be a way to reintroduce that Kropotkin quote as part of a much longer article, but as written it isn't due weight and makes the article come off promotional..
I am fine with removing that quote. The main reason I included it was the great difficulty in locating material relating to Joseph Dallois (whose name is sometimes spelled "Dalloys", due likely to translation issues, and until I realized this fact, it kept me from finding more and better material).
