Article classification

I need some help here. The start box in the article produces a "start classification" notice at the top of the article. This article is a stub class and I added the tag and changed the classification in the biography project template to reflect this. I am not a member of the Pennsylvania project so did not change this. I do not know if the "start box" can be changed to reflect stub class or if it is only intended to be placed on start class articles so could someone address this please?
