Notability

The subject does not meet WP:SOLDIER and I was unable to confirm that the Oberst Rauch commanded the 123 Infantry division link. Several results come up for General Rauch, but it's unclear if this is the same person. For example, this source has a General Rauch commanding the 18th Panzergrenadere Division: link.
