Article names
[edit]I know we've got articles on "Shakespeare and (etc)", but is Borges generally known enough that we can refer to him simply as "Borges" in the article name? Perhaps "Jorge Luis Borges and mathematics" instead? DS (talk) 13:39, 4 April 2012 (UTC)
- Borges would seem to me to be the common name (fwiw, the top four Google results for borges are his). Just my 2c, —MistyMorn (talk) 14:15, 4 April 2012 (UTC)
- I agree that there is only one famous 'Borges'. If you put just Borges into the WP he comes up. Span (talk) 22:35, 4 April 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, I think the move is a bad idea as well. ♫ RichardWeiss talk contribs 04:18, 12 October 2015 (UTC)
Sections reorganization
[edit]IMO we should be basing ourselves in the books and not on perceived mathematical concepts, and with th books where he is most notable coming first. ♫ RichardWeiss talk contribs 04:20, 12 October 2015 (UTC)
Merging with Main Article
[edit]Considering it is quite short, I think it would make sense to integrate the content of this article as a subsection of the main article on Jorge Luis Borges - any opinions on this? Iotasabre (talk) 08:09, 12 March 2019 (UTC)
