This review has been announced on the talk page of WikiProject Baseball. Comments should be added on this page, below.
As part of the Notability wikiproject, I am trying to sort out whether this topic is notable enough to have its own article. The Wikiproject Baseball project page states that "most minor league players are not considered notable". Is that the case here?
Your opinions are welcome; please add your comments below. --B. Wolterding 08:43, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
- It appears that this page is not disambiguated properly - i would drop the "player" portion. Additionally, while Jordan Brown *may* meet notability standards for baseball players (i'm not familiar with them) at this time - based on the fact that the article has been here for 12+ months - it looks like a WP:CSD to me. - I think he warrants an article. I think any minor league All-star selections should be added.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/tcfkaWCDbwincowtchatlotpsoplrttaDCLaM) 16:42, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
- Not all minor-league players are notable, but Brown was an All-Star and league MVP. In my opinion, that puts him well over the bar. Page needs cleanup and attention, of course. -Hit bull, win steak(Moo!) 18:04, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
