Map needed

I cleaned this up a bit, but don't have time to consult all the sources cited but not footnotes. Basically, the raid was about more than just Rowlesburg, and while some claimed it a success (the captured supplies helped Confederates extend the war), it failed in many other aspects.Jweaver28 (talk) 16:43, 17 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
