The result of the move request was: moved. Clear consensus for Jonathan Stone → Jonathan Stone (Massachusetts politician) and Jonathan Stone (disambiguation) → Jonathan Stone. (closed by non-admin page mover) Jack Frost (talk) 14:43, 28 April 2023 (UTC)
– Newly created New Hampshire politician is closer to a ptopic than the 2009 created Massachusetts politician and mayor. I would accept moving only the current non-dab article and having a dab article created in its place. (Though if Jonathan Stone (author) ever gets created, I believe that would be the superseding ptopic.) Note that the incoming links to the non-dab article would need to be changed, though there are only a handful of them. UtherSRG (talk) 12:43, 21 April 2023 (UTC)

- Support first but to (Massachussets politician), Oppose second, micro-stub, move in Jonathan Stone (disambiguation) would be better. In ictu oculi (talk) 13:49, 21 April 2023 (UTC)
- That's acceptable. - UtherSRG (talk) 15:57, 21 April 2023 (UTC)
- I missed that there was an existing dab page. Perhaps move the dab to ptopic spot? - UtherSRG (talk) 15:59, 21 April 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose as proposed, but would support Jonathan Stone → Jonathan Stone (Massachusetts politician) per In ictu oculi as well as Jonathan Stone (disambiguation) → Jonathan Stone. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 17:43, 21 April 2023 (UTC)
- Support 1st, oppose 2nd, move DAB to base name. The New Hampshire politician has 32 views compared with only 21[[1]] for the mayor but PT swaps can cause problems and the views are probably not enough for a PT. Crouch, Swale (talk) 16:08, 22 April 2023 (UTC)
- Move 1st to Jonathan Stone (Massachusetts politician) per standard, Oppose 2nd. No clear primary topic. Move Jonathan Stone (disambiguation) to Jonathan Stone. -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:33, 25 April 2023 (UTC)
- Support Necrothesp's suggestion + similar comments above. There are also people named John Stone plus Jon Stone and Jon Stone (poet) so I say it makes sense to merge both the lists of the dabs of John and Jonathan Stone to one page and include the two Jon Stone's on that list as well, since all these people have similar versions of the same name.
