Hi Nicky,

Thanks for your input. Jonathan Shalit is a world leading talent manager. He has been an integral part of the careers of internationally renowned artists. He has also been awarded an OBE from the UK Government and is chairman of one of the largest talent management organisations in London. Some existing articles of talent managers (some with arguably less prolific careers) are:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billy_Marsh

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_King_%28music_manager%29

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Dawson

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duncan_Heath

The article is neutral - merely stating facts about Jonathan's awards; and verifiable - not least from the UK government's website. I am happy to receive your suggestions about how the article can be improved but clearly the subject is important enough to be included in the encyclopaedia.

Publicity / CV article

[edit]

There is no normal autobiographical information... Background, parents, upbringing, education, relationships, children, etc. Just self-publicizing cv-type information.

Is this really the level of Wikipedia? It's certainly not encyclopaedic. 2A00:23EE:1208:28D3:2E21:FDA:B2D5:2B9F (talk) 13:12, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
