Her real name is Pauline Sara-Jo Moyes (Jojo Moyes is her pen name).
She wasn't born in London, but in Maidstone, Kent. However, she was brought up in London.
Her parents were James C Moyes and Elizabeth J McKee, she was an only child.
These details can be confirmed in the England & Wales Index of Births (Volume 5f Page 1923)
She doesn't live "on a farm" rather she lives in a former farmhouse which is in Great Sampford (about 8 mies from Saffron Walden). The farmhouse is listed (building ID 121951)
Quite what purpose the brief resume of Me Before You serves isn't clear, and seems quite out of place.
