I notice that half of the pages linking here aren't looking for John Montgomery Ward, to which this page currently just redirects. (I happen to have been looking for the physicist John Clive Ward, coming from Ward identities, who certainly meets the Wikipedia:Criteria for inclusion of biographies; some of the other John Wards may not, but still the false link to Monte Ward doesn't seem right). What does wikipedia culture want done in this case? No articles exist for the other John Wards so a disambiguation page doesn't quite seem right.
