Not NPOV

I removed this section from the article"was a generally feared religious figure in the Long Point region. Troyer is widely regarded to possess black magic" the reference provided does not support the statements.

notability

The subject is in principle notable by the source cited. It could use expansion and cleanup, though, and better attribution to sources. I am removing the notability tag.
