There are numerous 'is' that should be 'was' statements and OR in this story. Apparently SolFest is the name of several festivals none of which is currently held at SLI. In fact, SLI has been sold and no longer exists as such, and no longer has programs etc due to not existing. The Real Goods article has similar problems.
