Moyle probably didn't walk to the temple on a wooden leg
[edit]In a Gospel Tangents podcast (see transcript at 8:37), amateur LDS historian Mary Ann Clements tried to track down the details of the story where Moyle walked to the temple on his leg. She discovered a newspaper article describing the accident where his leg was crushed, but the accident occurred only 8 months before his death which was, apparently, after his work on the temple. We should track down the article, but this apparently calls into question the historicity of the narrative. Thank you. Jtprince (talk) 05:49, 7 October 2022 (UTC)
