Work With Eikichi Yazawa
[edit]I need to do research on the dates, but I believe he worked on Yazawa's studio albums and played live with him throughout the 1980s and into the 1990s. He also wrote the song 'Rockin' My Heart'(great tune, by the way) off of the album "It's Just Rock'N Roll", and possibly other songs on his USA releases. He can be seen playing with him in serveral Yazawa live clips on youtube ('Rockin' My Heart' being the most obvious example).
John McFee Date Of Birth
[edit]LOL! Right off the start, this Wikipedia article is a mess. I suggest you read the Doobie Brothers home page for the correct info as to McFee's DOB. Read below:
"John McFee was born on September 9, 1950, in Santa Cruz, California" [[1]]
By the way, John McFee is the webmaster for the Doobie Brothers website.--207.200.131.17 17:02, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
Criticisms of The Doobie Brothers
[edit]I heavily revised this entry to remove multiple POV criticisms of some latter-day Doobies albums. I'm not substituting my more favorable opinions for those of the author. Wikipedia guidelines don't favor expression of any one person's opinion within a supposedly neutral encyclopedia entry. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.97.239.130 (talk) 16:54, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

- This page is about me, and because of the incomplete nature of the recording credits in particular, I have made a more complete and accurate listing of my work.
- I'm trying to make the credits more complete for the discography - this is my personal history, and it was very incomplete.
- Please watch this - someone seems to continue to try to wrap up my biography with negative absurdities, e.g. basing my diet on bird excrement, and now please look at the most recent (and actionable) entry concerning me.
