@Sugar Activism, the photo you have now twice attempted to use in this article is not allowed. The problem is that the photo that has been in this article before your change is a public domain image, yours is a fair use image. In terms of the WP:Fair use policy there are two problems; firstly a fair use image of a living person is only very rarely acceptable, secondly a fair use image cannot be used in an article when a free alternative is already available.
