The above comment is correct. Moreover, "Wigmore's rules of evidence" are NOT used as the law of evidence in any jurisdiction. What is true is this: Wigmore had enormous influence on the development of the law of evidence in the twentieth century.SomeoneLitAnyone (talk) 16:34, 18 June 2011 (UTC)
