The information about clawback agreements and inadvertent disclosures does not appear relevant. The above comment is correct. Moreover, "Wigmore's rules of evidence" are NOT used as the law of evidence in any jurisdiction. What is true is this: Wigmore had enormous influence on the development of the law of evidence in the twentieth century.SomeoneLitAnyone (talk) 16:34, 18 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
