Notability?

The article was flagged as non-notable by a one-shot IP address only user. I reverted since the article appears well-documented and because the flag was added by a one-shot IP address only user (i.e., it looks like vandalism though it could also be an editor who forgot to log in and forgot to give reasons on the talk page given the number of citations). I'm opening this section so people can discuss actual notability or not. --Erp (talk) 01:45, 25 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
