Sale of Somerset estates
[edit]I vaguely recall that during the Civil War, the Earl sold his Somerset estates to raise money for the Royalist cause. If I ever find a source, I'll add mention of this to the article. Maproom (talk) 19:18, 12 May 2020 (UTC)
