Notability

[edit]

Does not meet notability, they must "Politicians and judges who have held international, national, or (for countries with federal or similar systems of government) state/province–wide office, or have been members of legislative bodies at those levels. This also applies to people who have been elected to such offices but have not yet assumed them." This individual is not a politician for a State wide office, nothing else indicates notability beyond the non-notable local office he holds. VVikingTalkEdits 13:55, 3 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Viewmont Viking, You misunderstand the guideline, specifically the wording or have been members of legislative bodies at those levels which applies to the prior conditions. This person thus qualifies as a member of a legislative body of a state in a federal system (being the Utah Senate in this case). Curbon7 (talk) 09:48, 3 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
