early career
[edit]needs someone to do a better writeup on his early career and integrate the champions league section into stint with Valencia —Preceding unsigned comment added by Xaiver0510 (talk • contribs) 04:36, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
Muslim?
[edit]John Carew is listed as a Norwegian Muslim. Can that be sourced? Whitstable (talk) 18:36, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
He is religious but he isn't Muslim. He's Christian. He said that in Se og Hør once.
Wrong year?
[edit]He didn't win the norwegian cup in 2005 as it says in the article. I couldn't have, he played for either Besiktas or Lyon at the time. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.208.214.91 (talk) 19:27, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
John Carew did not become league champion with Rosenborg in 1999 and 2000.
To become league champion you have to play half of all league matches -2.
In 1999 Carew only played 7 matches, missing 4 to be considered champion.
In 2000 Carew only needed one more match to be champion —Preceding unsigned comment added by Polarman (talk • contribs) 12:29, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
Mispelled tattoo
[edit]The story about the tattoo meaning "my life, my menstruation" is actually not true. There is indeed a spelling mistakes (régles instead of règles), but it does not mean menstruation, as both rules and menstruation are translated by règles in French. I'm unsure about what would consist a proper source (as there is a press source claiming that it does), so here is wiktionnary, in French http://fr.wiktionary.org/wiki/r%C3%A8gle (the menstruation meaning is the last one, number 9) 81.56.1.251 (talk) 01:46, 21 November 2014 (UTC) MJMJ
