Calder and Boyars

According to the University of Indiana Manuscript page the partnership began in 1960, and implies that the name change occurred immediately. Since it may vanish soon, the Calder site itself gives 1963; given the greater liklihood of accuracy I went with that. Philip Cross 15:19, 1 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
