Source inconsistencies

The sources are mostly silent regarding Knox's middle name. WorldCat and Google Books both go with Colvin. I saw one source that listed his mother as born "Sally Colvin", and then in listing her children, gave "John Colton". One source gives his birth in 1820, not 1817. Pennsylvania Supreme Court

Justices were elected for 15-year terms, with the Justice soonest to have his term over being Chief. So from [1] it's easy to see who his successor was, but I have no idea who his predecessor was. Choor monster (talk) 19:22, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
