Move to John Brodie Innes
[edit]All the reliable sources refer to John Brodie Innes, the sole exception being the questionable thePeerage.com which seems unaware of Scottish practice: it also incorrectly shows the Shaw Stewart baronets as Shaw-Stewart. A link I found earlier has died, but see [%5b%5bWikipedia:Link rot|dead link%5d%5d ] "Requirements for Recognition". The Standing Council of Scottish Chiefs. value (help). The Court of the Lord Lyon has raised issues about the hyphenating of names in various cases, for example in 1965 and 2010. Since good quality sources consistently refer to John Brodie Innes, I propose moving this page to that title. This does not affect John William Brodie-Innes, who clearly published using the hyphenated version of his father's name. . dave souza, talk 13:30, 17 August 2014 (UTC)
