Association with Singer Cycles
[edit]Several sources stated that John Birch made the motor wheel for Singer Cycles. These are incorrect. David Birch advised that his grandfather Frank Birch was the Birch in Perks & Birch and not John. 'The Singer Story' by Kevin Atkinson may also corroborate this. Frank Birch joined Singer in 1901.NealeFamily (talk) 02:42, 16 February 2012 (UTC)
