On Jesse Ventura's "Conspiracy Theory With Jesse Ventura -SKINWALKER/Alien Technology -S3 E5 programme he admits on television that he was the man responsible for setting th system whereby all MUFON reporting goes straight to Bigelow Aerospace.
I thought he had a PhD in Thanatology?
