[edit]There is actually more: Evans of Philip Evans and John Lloyd was prosecuted on the testimony of three witnesses found by Arnold (ODNB article on Evans, which calls him the "main persecutor of Roman Catholic priests in south Wales"). s:Baker, Charles (1617-1679) (DNB00) is also of some interest here.
