"Elected" Bishop of Mississippi?
[edit]I was just looking at bios of Presiding Bishops because of the announcement of the beginning of the process to elect the next Presiding Bishop. I noticed a potential problem with the language of the article. Is says that +John Allin was "elected" Bishop of Mississippi in 1966. If he was Bishop Coadjutor, that would mean that he succeeded as Diocesan Bishop automatically upon the retirement of the preceding diocesan. 70.89.82.217 (talk) 14:03, 11 October 2022 (UTC)
