The use of the word "Afrikaans" for a historical group of people
Just one thing I noticed while copy-editing this article: it repeatedly uses the word Afrikaans to refer to a group of people, whereas the Wikipedia article called "Afrikaans" seems to be only about the language. I presume there will be a history section on that page, as the language has quite a past, but I wasn't sure whether or not I should link to that page. I think it is weird that in some parts of Wikipedia, Afrikaans is used only to refer to the language and in some parts it is also used to refer to a historical group. I think either a separate page about this group should be created, or in this article, the word "Afrikaans" should be replaced with "Afrikaans-speaking", but that latter solution seems like it would alter the meaning of the article.
