Merge Joseph Reilly into this page
[edit]I'm not 100% sure, but it appears to me that this article and the article Joseph Reilly are about the same person. Let's review the facts, based solely on what's in these articles:
- Both were named Joseph Reilly, and nicknamed "Joe".
- Both attended Boston College in 1899, and played football there.
- Both became college football coaches after their playing career ended.
- "Joseph" was the coach at Georgetown from 1904-1907, while "Joe" was a coach at Boston College in 1908.
Unfortunately, both articles are fairly minimal, especially this one, so there's no direct evidence, but it does seem like too much of a coincidence that this would be two separate people. If these articles are going to be merged, I think they should be merged here, since "Joe" was apparently the name he usually went by. Korny O'Near (talk) 22:31, 10 January 2018 (UTC)
- Same person. See here. Cbl62 (talk) 22:58, 10 January 2018 (UTC)
- Good find - I just merged it in. Korny O'Near (talk) 02:59, 11 January 2018 (UTC)
- Excellent work, thanks for taking care of this!--MadeYourReadThis (talk) 15:04, 11 January 2018 (UTC)
