I am quickfailing this article due to the impossibility that this is an adequate summary of public domain secondary sources. Being that he is a Kennedy, the Boston Globe probably has profiled him with excruciating detail a few times. I also suspect The New York Times has profiled the Congressman Kennedy 3G. This guy is a Kennedy. You should be able to find his wedding announcement (BG and NYT, I am guessing) with a date. I will spend 10 minutes googling just to be sure of what I am saying above.
