Naming: I think "Joe Heaney" is the common name
[edit]I think the article should be moved back to Joe Heaney which is clearly the most commonly used name for the subject in the literature about him. He also has an alternative Gaelic name: Joe Éinniú which I think is second most common, leaving Seosamh Ó hÉanaí in third place.·maunus · snunɐɯ· 14:59, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
- Most of his recording, post-1960s are under the name Seosamh Ó hÉanaí, released by Gael Linn. He also has a biography written with that name. Joe Éinniú is very rarely used. Given that this was the name he primarily used towards the end of his life, including professionally and he was a native Irish-speaker of the Gaeltacht, it should be under this title. - It doesn't really matter which name was used more at the end of his life, it matters which name is more common overall, see Cat Stevens, for example - the page is not titled "Yusuf Islam". Discogs calls him "Joe Heaney", as does AllMusic and Spotify, which I can't link to. Genealogizer (talk) 05:09, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
