No source provides when and with what degree Wicha has graduated. The only information stated by mampawowiedzieć.pl website is that she has atended University of Warsaw, that's why I included this info only in the infobox.
It is clearly stated in Gazeta Wyborcza article that Wicha has worked for over 37 years as a nurse: "(...) mówi Joanna Wicha, pielęgniarka z 37-letnim doświadczeniem zawodowym i polityczka Partii Razem."
Information that Wicha joined trade union in 1996 is not properly referenced. Gazeta Wyborcza article states: "Joanna Wicha od 1996 r. działała w związkach zawodowych." rynekzdrowia.pl cited by you does not provide information about it at all. The fact is that she has been a member of the trade union but we can't assume since when.
