[edit]The source of this article seems to be nothing more than unsubstantiated claims by Donald Regan. And where on Earth did the idea that Glasnost and Perestroika mean "freedom" and "free enterprise" come from?
- removed "top secret" as there is no evidence of security classification involved

Decisions
[edit]The implication here (by Regan) is that Joan influenced major decisions. In fact (at best) all she ever affected was *dates* for events (such as the Reagan-Mondale debate in 84’) and trip itineraries. [See: 'President Reagan: Role of a lifetime'.
