Murdered or executed?
[edit]If he was tried in court and convicted of treason under the laws in force at the time it would probably be more accurate to say that he was executed rather than "murdered." Murder would have been killing him without a trial. (66.162.249.170 (talk) 02:57, 16 February 2011 (UTC))
