Frequency vs. integration time
[edit]From the current page "Jitter is typically differentiated from smear, which has a lower frequency relative to the integration time." This seems backwards. If I were in a car (high frequency/fast motion) it seems more likely I would get smearing trying to take a picture for a given exposure time. If I had a lightweight tripod being blown by the wind (low frequency/slower motion) trying to take a timelapse it seems more like I would get jitter.
