I removed the following text, which is relevant to the Mulan (2009 film) article (whenever it is created) but not relevant here:

During the filming of Mulan in Heibei,villagers who live there had disrupted the filming by blocking the cameras whenever they tried to film a scene. A hundred thousand dollars were wasted due to the disruption and had gone up to the point where they needed the help of sheriffs to resume filming. The cause of the disruption was caused by unpaid salary by some other film companies a few years back when they did not pay the villagers their salary.^[1]
