Middle name "Edwards"?

Two of the article's external links give Yancey's middle name as "Edward", as do Encyclopædia Britannica and AMG. Grove Music Online and MusicWeb Encyclopaedia of Popular Music list "Edwards". Is there a "definitive" reference for this?
