I have tagged this article as a copyright violation, as it appears (as I found it) to be essentially a direct rewrite of [1], material which is almost certainly copyrighted. I'm not making any judgement of the subject's notability; he seems somewhat notable, so it may well be that a non-copyright-infringing article on him could be written.
