I'm trying to find the name of the piece of music composed by Jim Parker for the BBC TV series "House of Cards," "To Play the King" and "The Final Cut." It would be great if that piece of info would be part of his Wikipedia entry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Juanaquena (talk • contribs) 02:39, 18 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I have just been listening to Bizet's Symphony in C on the ABC. I note the Foyle's War theme is unmistakably from Bizet's Symphony in C. Yet Parker claims to be the composer of the Foyle's War theme and I also note that nowhere is Bizet acknowledged or credited with composing the theme. What a shame Parker never acknowledged that Bizet was the real composer. Parker may have arranged the Foyle's War music based on Bizet's work but he didn't compose the work and should credit Bizet with the music and theme. If you don't believe me please listen to Bizet's Symphony in C. Can you please correct this attribution to Jim Parker and cite Bizet as the composer.
